TARGET MARKET
One of the most stable growth markets in West Africa
Ghana combines a stable democratic framework, a growing middle class and an active drive for local industrialization – creating an investor-friendly environment for foreign technology partners. As Africa's leading gold producer, the country plays a key role in the global commodity structure and actively involves qualified international technology partners in its industrialization process.
INDUSTRY DYNAMICS
Mining and construction in transition
New environmental and quality standards, as well as pressure from international investors, are driving the mining sector towards more sustainable and technologically sophisticated production models. In the construction sector, large-scale government projects and dynamic private demand are mutually reinforcing. Strong population growth and an expanding middle class are fueling the need for housing – from affordable housing complexes to high-quality projects with high demands on construction quality and technology.
