The shortage of skilled workers is increasingly posing challenges for German companies – particularly in the IT and technology sectors. At the same time, a pool of highly qualified, young talent is growing in many African countries. In this webinar, representatives from business, politics, and education will demonstrate how recruitment in Ghana works with the help of the German Chambers of Commerce Abroad (AHK), what programs and legal frameworks exist, and how companies can benefit from successful pilot projects.
