The Bavarian Ministry of Economic Affairs, Regional Development and Energy, in cooperation with the Bavarian Bureau for International Business Relations and in partnership with the Delegation of German Industry and Commerce in Ghana, is organising a Bavarian business delegation visit to Ghana from 21 to 26 September 2026.
The delegation will comprise leading Bavarian companies interested in exploring business opportunities and establishing strategic partnerships with Ghanaian counterparts.
The delegation will be led by Tobias Gotthardt, MdL, the Vice Minister at the Bavarian Ministry of Economic Affairs, Regional Development and Energy. For further information about the Bavarian delegation, please refer to the attached brochure.

Allgäuer Ölmühle is an oil mill specializing in the production of coldpressed organic oils, finest flours and proteins. We place great importance on high-quality raw materials and process a wide range of oilseeds and nuts from certified organic cultivation. Transparency, quality and sustainability guide our work from sourcing to processing. Our oil mill is not just another processor of seeds. We are guardians of biological functionality.

The widely ramified Bavarian confectionery family Krönner can lookback on a 250-year legacy of craftsmanship. Beginning in 1759, different generations often became pioneers in newly developing fields of trade and crafts, such as sugar bakers, pastry chefs, confectioners, and chocolatiers. Now in its 10th generation of family ownership, the company operates establishments and coffeehouses in Murnau am Staffelsee, Weilheim, Riegsee, Straubing, and Garmisch-Partenkirchen.
GOALS/PLANS: • To continue working with the organic cacao initiative of Yayra Glover Ltd. in Suhum to produce cacao nibs and organic chocolate with Bavarian milk.
• Support the cooperation with a healthcare system and drinking water projects for cocoa farmers.
Bayern Innovativ is the innovation agency of the Free State of Bavaria. Through networks, knowledge transfer and cross-sector collaboration, it connects industry, research, policymakers and practitioners. In agriculture, it coordinates the Kompetenz-Netzwerk Digitale Landwirtschaft Bayern (KNeDL) and the AgriTechHub Bayern, supporting the adoption of digital technologies, fostering innovation partnerships and advancing AI, robotics, smart machinery and data-driven farming.

The company employs 130 people, exports 80% of its products, and is represented in 25 countries.
