High-quality dual vocational training requires excellent trainers and instructors who, in addition to having professional and personal competences, must possess occupational and pedagogical knowledge, skills and abilities.
The AdA international vocational trainer qualification is based on the standards of the Trainer Aptitude Ordinance, AEVO in Germany and takes into account specific conditions in each country. This Train-the-trainer course is designed to equip vocational trainers/instructors with pedagogical and didactic skills and the capacity to enable them train other people.
